Through the transferable 2-10 Home Buyer’s Warranty® (HBW Warranty), each Coconut Landing residence is covered for mechanical and structural aspects, including the roof, plumbing, heating systems and electrical work. The warranty covers homes for two years from the date of closing, granting buyers confidence in their new residence and protection against unforeseen mechanical or structural issues. Additionally, all assignable manufacturer warranties which extend beyond two years are transferred to homeowners, enhancing the value and durability of their investment.
